Letter from RMA Governor to PM

Daw Tenzin

Your Excellency, the Master of my brotherz Chang Ugyen and Zimba,

I deeply apologize for the article in the Kuensel on shortage of the dollar (4/10/12). It would not become public info but the Bhutanomics website which has a reporter called Good Path made dollar crunch public info. This Good Path in English or in Dzongkha (Lam-zang) is not good for us, la. I have the confidence HPM will ban this computer newspaper called Tibetan and paper newspaper called Bhutanese.

I will give new interview soon and advertisement (not to newspaper called Bhutanese) to say we have enough dollar, la. I will do this by giving them financial statement BEFORE HPM’s visit to UN. This means it will show as $1,000 million (one billion) and not $742 million like in Kuensel. I will then quickly borrow from World Bank and ADB quietly and make sure by 2013 we have one billion dollar. I promise with my heart and soul, la, by election campaign time, la.

I urge HPM to please transfer me as Home Minister la. I am a administrator and a strong dictator not financial magician banker. My mind is becoming short circuit and brain is moving around in head in RMA. I cannot still understand what is M1, M2 and what is Non-performing Assets? Why I am called Governor if I am not dzongda? I am senior to dzongda.

I am not complaining la. I am saying I can serve DPT better as minister. I can not mind being Chairman of ACC but I am having problem with numbers crunch. Why Minjur is in Cabinet la? He has no brother or sister in DPT. Service to DPT must be by whole family, la. Like mine and HPM’s families la.

Once again, I apologies for dollar story of media.

Your most humblest appointee

Daw Tenzin

HEAD of RMA, the central bank of the Kingdom of Bhutan
By special appointment of the Honoured PM

PS; last time i got almost killed on expressroad by speeding car. If i see Lam-zang or Good Path i will try with my car on them, la.
