What PM Didn’t Say In His State of the Nation Speech

On the 4th of March, Prime Minister Jigmi Y Thinley delivered his State of the Nation (#SOTN) speech in the Parliament. He spoke for almost 3 hours. Later the Cabinet Secretariat made the speech available for download on their website (http://www.cabinet.gov.bt/). The report has 170 pages.
